AI roadmap for sales

Start AI with a CRM that fills itself in from email and chat, so customer knowledge stays with the company and every rep walks in briefed.

A sales rep steps out of a Bangkok taxi reading his phone: a Siam Textiles briefing, a THB 420,000 quote, a Thursday demo. Sales teams
“Customer knowledge lives in each rep’s head. When someone leaves, the customers leave with them, and nobody knows why a deal was lost.”

The problem

Most sales teams already have a CRM. The trouble is nobody fills it in, because typing up notes after every customer call is the job nobody wants at eight in the evening. The real data sits in email, in reps’ personal LINE chats and in their memory, and the team lead sees only the final number: won or lost.

The day a rep resigns, their customers start over with someone who knows none of the history. When a big deal is lost, nobody can say whether it was the price, a slow reply or a competitor, because there is no record to look back on.

How we solve it

We spend two days with the sales team to see where customers get in touch, where the information ends up and at which stage deals fall through, then rank which job is worth handing to AI first. For most sales teams the answer is a CRM that fills itself in.

The first system we build together connects to the company’s email and LINE OA. The AI reads each conversation and logs what was discussed, what the customer is stuck on and when the next meeting is. Before every visit, the rep gets a one-page briefing on their phone: what this customer has bought, what they have complained about and what is still open.

Quotes, discounts and closing stay with the rep. The AI drafts and reminds. If it reads a conversation and cannot tell what the customer wants, it logs that as a point for a person to confirm.

How it runs

Work comes in from
  • Company email and LINE OA
  • CRM and each rep’s Excel
  • Quotes and purchase orders
  • Interviews with reps and team leads
What the AI does
  1. Walk the customer journey from contact to close
  2. Rank use cases by payback
  3. Deliver the 90-day roadmap
  4. Build the self-filling CRM together
Where it lands
  • A CRM with a full history of every customer
  • Pre-meeting briefing on the rep’s phone
  • Deal dashboard for the team lead
  • Next phase, with a budget

Before and after

Before
After
Customer history lives in reps’ heads and personal LINE chats
The CRM logs every conversation itself, and the data belongs to the company
A rep leaves and the customer starts over with a stranger
A new rep picks up from a one-page briefing
A deal is lost and nobody can say why
You can see where each deal is stuck and why the lost ones were lost

What you get

  1. 01

An audit of where customer data actually lives, in email, personal LINE chats, each rep’s Excel or a CRM nobody fills in, and at which stage deals are lost most often

  2. 02

A list of sales use cases ranked by payback, such as a self-filling CRM, pre-meeting briefings, lead scoring and a nudge when a customer goes quiet

  3. 03

A 90-day roadmap that says which phase moves data from where, who on the sales team pilots it and how it is measured

  4. 04

The first system, built together: a CRM that reads email and chat and logs them itself, with a one-page briefing of history and open points before every meeting

  5. 05

A rule that customer data belongs to the company and who may see what under PDPA, plus a workshop so reps use it from their phone in the field

Who gets what

Business owner

Knowledge of every customer stays with the company, you can see where each deal is stuck, and a resignation no longer takes the customers with it.

IT director

Connected to the CRM and email through official APIs, using the CRM you already have, nothing to migrate. Access to customer data follows PDPA, with a log of who opened what.

The team using it every day

Reps stop typing up notes late at night and walk into the customer’s office with a briefing that remembers what was left open last time.
