AI roadmap for marketing
Start AI with content drafted from your product data and brand voice, polished by the team, with the results of every platform on one screen.
Marketing teams “Three marketers produce content for five platforms. Every piece starts from a blank page, and there’s no time to measure what works.”
The problem
A small marketing team looks after Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA and a Shopee storefront at once. Every post starts from a blank page. Product data sits in the sales team’s files, the brand voice lives in the head of whoever has been there longest, and when that person is on leave the content starts sounding different.
As for measuring, each platform has its own report. The team pulls the numbers into Excel when there is time, which there rarely is, so nobody can say which kind of content sells or whether the budget on each channel pays back.
How we solve it
We start by following the team’s work for a week to see which pieces take the most time and where the data AI would need actually is. Then we write the brand voice guide clearly enough for AI to follow, which for most brands is a document nobody has written yet.
The first system we build together reads product data from the source the sales team really uses and drafts a post per platform in the brand voice. The team picks, edits and approves; no post goes out without a person reading it. On the results side, it pulls the numbers from every platform into one dashboard, so the team can see which content sells and which falls flat.
What goes out in the brand’s name, how complaints are answered and how ad budget is spent stay the team’s decisions. The AI drafts and gathers numbers. If one day the team wants it to answer routine comments on its own, that can be switched on one category at a time, with every reply logged.
How it runs
- Product data from sales
- The brand voice guide
- Results from Facebook, TikTok and LINE OA
- Interviews with the marketing team
- Find where the team’s time goes
- Rank use cases by payback
- Deliver the 90-day roadmap
- Build the drafting assistant together
- Drafts awaiting approval for every platform
- One dashboard across every channel
- A brand voice guide you can reuse
- A marketing team that briefs the AI itself
Before and after
What you get
- 01
An audit of where the marketing team’s time goes, from writing posts and making images to answering comments and gathering numbers from each platform, and where the product data and brand voice live
- 02
A list of marketing use cases ranked by payback, such as content drafting, consolidated ad reporting, comment replies and customer segments from the data you have
- 03
A 90-day roadmap that says which phase connects which platform, who approves content and how it is measured
- 04
The first system, built together: a drafting assistant that reads your product data and brand voice guide and proposes a draft per platform, with a dashboard of results across every channel
- 05
A brand voice guide written so AI can follow it, a rule for which posts need a person first, and a workshop so the team briefs and edits the drafts themselves
Who gets what
Connected to each platform through its official API. Posting rights stay with the company’s accounts, no passwords are handed over, and product data is read from its current source without moving it.
The marketing team stops staring at a blank screen every morning and goes back to the part that needs a person: choosing the angle, fixing the words and planning campaigns.
