Customer app
Customers browse, pay and track their order in your own app, and every order lands in the back office without anyone copying a slip.
Brands & retailers “Customers order in chat, transfer the money and send a slip. Staff copy every order into a notebook, and once volume picks up, orders slip through.”
The problem
Shops that sell through chat grew up that way. A customer messages on LINE or Facebook, asks about the item, picks a variant, transfers the money and sends a slip. One member of staff opens the banking app to match the amount, writes the order in a notebook or Excel and types the address onto a shipping label. On a ten-order day this holds. On a hundred-order day it means duplicate slips, wrong addresses and orders taken for items that sold out an hour ago.
Customers have no way to see where their parcel is, so they ask again in the same chat, and the team scrolls back to find what this person ordered and when. The more customers, the more of the day goes to answering the same question, and the less goes to selling.
How we solve it
We build an app where the customer does the whole thing. They open the catalogue with live stock, add to basket, pay by PromptPay or card and get a receipt on the spot. The order flows into the back office with the address and the payment reference attached. The packing team sees the list on one screen, prints the label, and the tracking number goes back to the customer on its own.
The in-app assistant reads your product data and shop policies, so it answers sizing, delivery dates and returns straight away. Anything beyond that goes to a member of staff together with the chat history and that customer’s orders, so they answer once without asking what was ordered.
Refunds and cancellations stay with people. The system prepares the case, with the amount, the reason and the photos, and waits for someone on your team to approve before any money moves. If a payment fails or an item sells out mid-checkout, the customer sees it in the app immediately, with no need for anyone to tell them.
How it runs
- Customer orders in the app
- Payment by PromptPay or card
- Stock from the POS
- Questions in chat
- Confirm payment and issue the receipt
- Create the order in the back office
- Answer from the shop’s own data
- Send status and tracking number
- Back office and packing team
- Push notification to the customer
- Accounting system
- A person, when one is needed
Before and after
What you get
- 01
An iOS and Android app where customers browse the catalogue, see live stock and place the order themselves, with no chat needed
- 02
Payment by PromptPay, card or mobile banking, settled and receipted automatically, so nobody checks slips
- 03
Order tracking from received to packed to tracking number, with a push notification at every change
- 04
An in-app assistant that answers product, delivery and returns questions from your shop’s own data and hands over to a person when it runs out
- 05
A back office where the team sees one set of orders, sales and stock, connected to the POS and accounting system you already run
Who gets what
Connected to the POS and accounting system through their APIs, read-only to begin with. Payments run through a certified gateway, so no card numbers are stored with us, and customer data is kept to PDPA rules.
The team stops matching slips and retyping addresses, and spends the time packing to make the courier pickup and talking to the customers who actually need a person.
