Custom Software Development in Bangkok

We write the software your company actually needs: web apps, mobile apps, back-office systems, ERP and CRM, and the links between them and what you already run. We are a software development company with our own engineers in Bangkok, nothing subcontracted, scope and price fixed before we start, and AI designed into every system from the first sprint so your people do less repetitive work.

What we build

Pick what your company needs. Each card opens the page with the details and examples.

Web applications

Customer portals, booking, membership and the working screens your team opens in a browser on any device. Nothing to install.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for customers or field staff, and LINE Mini Apps when you would rather not ask people to install one more app.

ERP and CRM

Sales, stock, purchasing and accounting systems that follow how your company works, instead of bending your process to fit a packaged product.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps. Scope and price are fixed before we start, and you see a demo every week.

  1. 1

    Discover

Requirements, users and success metrics, with scope and price fixed before we start.

  2. 2

    Design

UX and system architecture; the prototype is approved before anything is built.

  3. 3

    Build

AI-accelerated sprints with a demo every week, reviewed by senior engineers.

  4. 4

    Test

QA, security and performance verified against the agreed scope.

  5. 5

    Launch & care

Production deploy, team training, and a monthly care plan.

Our own team, nothing subcontracted

Every engineer, designer and project manager is on DNA Maker's staff in Bangkok. We do not pass work to other companies or freelancers. The people who hear your requirements on day one are the people who review the code and look after the system after launch, and when you have a question you talk to them directly.

Work we have delivered

Our team has delivered more than 500 projects for Thai banks, hospitals and large corporate groups, from internal systems to apps their customers use every day. We also build and run our own product, Bluweo School Plus, a school management system, so we know what keeping software alive for years takes.

For foreign-owned companies in Thailand

Thai-language screens for your Thai staff, and admin screens in your head office's language for managers. Thai regulations such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and e-Tax Invoice are designed in from the start.

Taking over a system someone else built

If another team wrote your system and nobody looks after it today, we can take it on. We start with a review of the code and whatever documents exist, then tell you plainly which parts can be fixed, which should be rewritten and which can wait. Only then do we set a scope and price, the same way we do for a new project.

Questions about custom software

How long does a custom system take?

It depends on the size. A website or small web app takes 4–8 weeks. Larger systems, such as an ERP or a multi-part back office, are split into phases, and the dates are in the quotation before work starts. We work in sprints with a demo every week, so you see progress from week one.

What decides the cost?

How many modules you need and how hard each one is, which systems we connect to, how many users and roles there are, and the level of security required. Scope and price are fixed before we start, with no surprises mid-project. Tell Dream, our AI assistant, what you need and you get an estimate in a few minutes.

Is it your own team, or do you subcontract?

Our own team. Every engineer is on our staff in Bangkok. We do not pass work to other companies or freelancers, and the people you talk to are the people doing the work.

Who owns the source code?

We hand over the source code and documents, such as system documentation, the deployment guide and API docs, per the scope in the contract. Your own team or any other team can take it from there, so there is no vendor lock-in.

Can you take over a system another company built?

Yes. We first review the code and the documents that exist, tell you which parts can be fixed and which should be rewritten, and then propose a scope and price.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many companies start with the one module that costs their team the most time, such as quotations or approvals, and add to it once people are comfortable. For larger projects we always offer a smaller first phase.
