Lead qualification agent

Every lead from ads and the website gets a conversation within the first minute, and sales only receive the ones with a budget, a need and a call time booked.

A sales director in a suit looks over Bangkok at dusk from a glass room, beside the words Ready to Buy and a short checklist. B2B & project sales teams
“Sales lose half a day on people who were only curious, while the ones ready to buy wait in the queue.”

The problem

Leads arrive from ads all day as names and phone numbers in a Google Sheet the sales team splits between them. Half don’t pick up, another group say they were only looking, and the one who meant it and messaged at 8 pm gets a call the next day, after talking to a competitor.

So the sales team is measured on calls made instead of deals closed, and nobody can say which channel’s leads are worth the ad money, because what was said on the phone never reaches the CRM.

How we solve it

We set up an agent that replies to every lead the moment it arrives, on LINE or Messenger depending on where the customer came from. It asks the questions your sales team already asks: what budget, when they need it, whether they decide alone or present to someone, and scores the answers against your criteria. No lead waits more than a minute.

For leads that pass, the agent logs the full answers to the CRM, books a call-back slot in a free rep’s calendar and sends the rep a short brief before the call. Leads that are not ready yet get followed up at intervals with the material they asked about, and the rep is alerted the moment they reply.

The agent qualifies and queues. Quoting and closing stay with sales, and the scoring criteria can be changed any time from the dashboard without touching code.
