The SCB PRIME website brings together lifestyle privileges and financial tools for Siam Commercial Bank's PRIME customers.
SCB Prime
DNA Maker designed the SCB PRIME website for Siam Commercial Bank. It gathers the lifestyle privileges and financial calculators offered to this customer group in one place.
The client
SCB PRIME is Siam Commercial Bank's service for customers who hold substantial assets with the bank. Under the bank's current terms, customers whose fixed deposits, investments in SCB Asset Management funds and life insurance premiums bought through the bank add up to 2 million baht or more can become members.
Members receive the SCB PRIME credit card and privileges covering lifestyle, wealth management and banking services.
What we built
DNA Maker designed the SCB PRIME website in Thai and English, pairing dark backgrounds with the brand's purple and using lifestyle photography for each privilege.
Content is organised into six sections that match what customers come looking for: PRIME, Privileges, Promotions, Wealth, Knowledge and Services. Each section has its own sub-pages, such as PRIME Travel, PRIME Dining, Asset Allocation and PRIME Wealth Advisory.
What's inside
The home page opens with a banner slider and an online card application box, followed by a privileges carousel (Anantara hotel discounts, fitness clubs in Bangkok and other provinces) and a video panel. Below that sit four financial calculators for portfolio allocation, retirement planning, tax and saving for a child's education, then a Market Outlook panel, a PRIME Updates box with a QR code for following on LINE, and a strip for PRIME Talk, PRIME Event, PRIME Trip and PRIME Knowledge.
The Prime Privileges page lays out lifestyle benefits as cards that state how often each can be used: a free domestic return flight once a year, The Coral Executive lounge twice a year, SCB Lounge at Siam Paragon 12 times a year, a free Starbucks drink on the 15th of every month, and up to 20% off rooms at Anantara hotels. The footer links to every section, including applicant qualifications, the Privilege Book download and consultation services, along with the SCB PRIME Contact Center number.
