A website explaining structural repair, strengthening and protection services from CPAC SHO-BOND & MIT for owners of buildings and infrastructure.
CPAC
DNA Maker designed the website for CPAC SHO-BOND & MIT (CPAC SB&M Lifetime Solution), a joint venture between SCG's CPAC and a Japanese partner that repairs, strengthens and protects structures.
The client
CPAC is SCG's construction materials and solutions business, wholly owned by The Siam Cement Public Company Limited. It started as a ready-mixed concrete producer and has grown into a provider of construction solutions.
CPAC SB&M Lifetime Solution Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between CPAC and SHO-BOND & MIT Infrastructure Maintenance Corporation of Japan, which has more than 60 years of experience in structural repair. The company assesses, repairs and strengthens concrete and steel structures and protects them against corrosion.
What we built
DNA Maker designed the CPAC SHO-BOND & MIT website in the brand's blue, pairing photos of the company's engineers on site with line drawings of structures. A language menu sits at the top right.
Content is organised around the four core services: structural assessment, repair and maintenance, structural strengthening, and corrosion and rust protection. Each service page walks through the engineering methods step by step and ends with links to the other services.
What's inside
The home page has a slider of structure types such as bridges, a services slider with a tab for each of the four services, a project carousel (including a conveyor system at a cement plant in Saraburi and a chemical plant structure in Rayong) and tabs for news and articles. The About page covers the structures the company works on (bridges, ports and buildings), its work process from inspection and diagnosis through design to construction and repair, profiles of the management and engineers, a company video and downloadable PDFs of the company profile and catalogue. News and article pages list posts as cards, and the contact page has a map and a form where visitors pick a service, choose a convenient callback time and attach a file.
The assessment page sets out four stages: visual inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT) with tools such as the rebound hammer, Ferroscan and UPV, partially destructive tests such as concrete core drilling and chloride content testing, and engineering analysis with a report. The repair page explains crack repair with epoxy by low pressure injection and the repair of damaged concrete over small and large areas. The corrosion and rust protection page introduces Cathodic Protection, Sacrificial Anode for marine and offshore structures, Advance Barrier Protection, and coatings for wet and underwater work.
