DNA Maker designed the website for Krungsri Exclusive, the wealth management service of Bank of Ayudhya for customers with deposits or investments of 5 million baht or more.
The client
Krungsri Exclusive is the wealth management service of Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri) for people with 5 million baht or more in deposits or investments at the bank. Customers receive investment advice and financial planning from Krungsri Group specialists (Krungsri Investment Intelligence), along with lifestyle privileges.
It is one of the three Krungsri Wealth customer segments, alongside Krungsri Private Banking and Krungsri Prime.
What we built
DNA Maker designed the Krungsri Exclusive website, which sits within krungsri.com. The pages use deep brown with gold type, set apart from the yellow of the main site, and a link back to the krungsri.com home page sits in the top right corner.
Most pages end with banners for the krungsri app and the Krungsri Exclusive Signature credit card, followed by a footer that links every privilege category and gives the phone number and the Krungsri Exclusive LINE Official account.
What's inside
The home page leads to privileges, products, the special lounges, investment news, fund prices and special events for customers. The privileges page is split into 10 categories, among them travel, quarterly, monthly in the krungsri app, fitness, parking and safe deposit boxes, each with its own page. The travel page has tables of flight upgrade conditions and airport lounge visits, set out by deposit and investment tier.
The financial privileges page lists waived fees and special rates, and the products page covers the credit card, the krungsri app, home loans and special foreign exchange rates. The special lounges page introduces the Krungsri Exclusive service centre, the Krungsri The Advisory centre, the Krungsri Exclusive Lounge, private corners in branches and a priority service lane. The contact page gives the address, opening hours and a QR code for adding the LINE account.
