Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to dnamaker.com and everything on it, including the AI Solution Finder chat, the voice assistant, proposal requests and cost estimates. Using any part of the site means you accept these terms as they stand on that day. Some services may carry additional terms, which we will show you before you use them.

If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

What the site provides

The site describes our services and offers tools that help you explore how AI could be applied in your organisation. You can describe a business problem in the chat or by voice, receive suggestions, request a proposal document and receive an indicative cost estimate.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or its tools at any time without notice.

AI output, proposals and estimates are indicative

The chat, the voice assistant and the proposal generator are automated. Their replies, diagrams, timelines and cost figures are produced by AI models from the information you give and from general assumptions. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

Everything these tools produce is an indicative estimate to help you start a conversation with us. It is not a binding quotation, a commitment to deliver a scope at a price, or professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial or technical advice. Check anything that matters with us or with a qualified adviser before you rely on it.

Content prepared with the help of AI

Some content on the site, including articles, service and solution descriptions, the Japanese, Korean and Chinese translations and some images, is written, translated or produced with the help of AI tools. We take care over it, but it may contain errors, omissions or information that has since changed. Some portfolio entries are prototypes, which we say on the entry itself.

Many of the illustrations on the site, such as the people, workplaces and screens on the service and solution pages, are created or edited with AI image models on the Higgsfield platform, including Google's Nano Banana and OpenAI's GPT Image. The people in them are not our clients or staff, and the screens, figures and text in them are examples, not real client systems or data. They illustrate the idea of a service; the look and scope of a delivered project are set out in the proposal and contract. Images made with AI carry the label “AI-generated image”, and each one has a record (model, provider, job ID and time) on the AI image register.

This content is general information about our services and the subjects we write about. It is not professional advice, it is not a promise of any result, and it does not form part of any offer or agreement. Check the details with us or with a qualified adviser before you make a decision that relies on it. Where a translation differs from the Thai or English original, the original prevails. To the extent Thai law allows, DNA Maker is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this content.

Binding scope and price

A binding scope of work, timeline and price exist only in an agreement signed by you and DNA Maker. Until then, nothing on the site or in a generated proposal creates a contract or an obligation on either side.

When a signed agreement exists, its terms take precedence over these terms for the work it covers.

Acceptable use

You may use the site and its tools for lawful business purposes. We may limit or block access that breaks the rules below, without notice. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or call the chat, voice or proposal endpoints with scripts, bots or any automated means other than a normal web browser.
• Overload the AI tools, probe them for weaknesses, or try to extract their system instructions or the configuration of the models behind them.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or harmful, or that contains malware.
• Upload personal data of other people, or confidential information you have no right to share. The chat is not the place for trade secrets, passwords or regulated data such as medical or financial records.
• Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the tools to generate content that you present as coming from DNA Maker.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, images, designs, diagrams, logos, code and the structure of the AI tools, belong to DNA Maker Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, modify or distribute the content commercially without our written permission.

The DNA Maker name, the DNA Maker logo and the names of our services are the names and marks of DNA Maker Co., Ltd. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use them.

Proposal documents and diagrams generated for you may be used within your organisation to evaluate working with us. They remain our material until a signed agreement says otherwise.

Content you give us

You keep ownership of the text, images and other material you submit through the chat, the voice assistant, the contact form or a proposal request. You give DNA Maker permission to store and use that material to reply to you, prepare your proposal, follow up and operate the tools, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you submit.

Links to other websites

The site links to websites that DNA Maker does not control, for your information and convenience. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or services, or for any loss you suffer from using them. Your dealings with those sites are between you and them.

Limitation of liability

The site and its tools are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will be available without interruption, contain no errors, or produce results that suit your purpose.

To the extent Thai law allows, DNA Maker Co., Ltd., its directors and its staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption arising from your use of the site, from reliance on AI output or a generated proposal, or from any website we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes to these terms and how to contact us

We may change these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Changes apply from the day they are posted, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them. Please review this page from time to time.
