Website Self-check-up program

We want you to look at your website as through a mirror and answer the following questions…

1. Has your website ever had a bad history?

( ) Yes ( ) No

Bad history means you have never bought backlinks, never created duplicate content, never used unnatural backlinks or outbound links, or never provided links to Sand Box. If the answer is ‘No’, it is auspicious. Or if the answer is ‘Yes’, you may have to spend more time but it will be worth it in the long term.

2. How safe is your website for Google?

Google starts to adjust its algorithms to see the type of links that start with HTTPS rather than HTTP for the security of its users. By the way, you need to think carefully if your website is an old domain or has been listed on search page results for some time because switching to HTTPS has a high risk for the previously created rank will disappear. However, HTTPS using is currently enforced because if the websites don’t change to use HTTPS, the web page will display a warning message that it is not safe. In the future, it would be another feature to create SEO on Google without a doubt.

3. Check the time for loading your website on Google, how long it takes to load from “Google page speed”

(The rate of loading should be in “good” to “very good”.) *There shouldn’t be any too big image or too many images, as this will affect the incomplete functionality of Bots.*

4. Is your website compatible with all platforms?

-->

4. Is your website compatible with all platforms?

If the answer is no, you need to prepare time and budget to get this function as soon as possible because this function is important to websites. When customers open your website either on mobile, iPads, or their computers, the website should display images that fit those screens for convenient usage. This is also very important to have a significant effect on the download time of your website.

5. Your website vs Your dream website

We want you to ask yourself what would you like to tell the users who visit your website? What is the purpose of your website? Once you get those answers, start the following actions. You will need to try writing or drawing two sets of SITE MAP. The first set is SITE MAP which is the house or web page that you want to be. Then, go back to your current webpage and sketch out another set by comparing the website as a "house" and distributing the rooms in the house and the connection points of each room. Then, write out the table of contents. Writing SITE MAP will give you an overview of the house or website more clearly. You will find out that your house is cluttered or inconvenient to use or not. Is the content covered? Current content is consistent with the purpose of the topic or not. And most importantly, does your website correspond to your answer or not!! For example:

Dream house (desired website)

My house (current website)

  • 1. Home
    • Cover image or press image
    • Member Login section
    • Links to articles pages.
    • Menu bar: home, about, article, contact information
  • 2. About
    • Illustration
    • Content about brands, products, history
    • Menu bar: home, about, article, contact information
  • 3. Articles
    • Topic articles link to the article content pages
    • Menu bar: home, about, article, contact information
  • 4. Page Content Articles

Fill details for your website

The table is only an initial sample that was raised to expand and make you visualize more clearly. Writing SITE MAP will help narrow down the content on the website and the individual topics you want to convey to the users of the website more clearly. When the website is organized and easy to use, it is not difficult for users and Google to fall in love with your house. Or if you recognize some of the vulnerabilities of the website, then you will start to be able to see the light that guides you to do some SEO rankings on Google.

6. Check that how your current article is easy to read

This is from the attitude of Matt Cutts, Digital Marketing experts said about SEO rankings on Google that in the future, SEO will be Readability. The content must be easy to read and understand. It must be in human language, not robot language which is classified as

90-100 points = 11-year-old children can read and understand.
60 - 70 points = Children aged 13 - 15 can read and understand.
0 - 30 points = University students can read and understand.

If you find the articles on your website are still difficult to understand, please note that you should adjust them from today!

7. Check that you have the tools to check the status of your website or not.

Firstly, you need to download Keyword Planner for searching or creating a good keyword. We recommend using Firefox and also downloading SEO Quake or KW Finders. These programs will display PR Rate, Backlink, the duration of domain and website opening for easy evaluation of your website rankings. These are important parts:

  • Page Rank or the highest PR value is 9-10 mostly from Facebook.
  • Trust Rank or TR, top quality websites that are accepted by Google for a long time and have people keep visiting all the time such as Sanook Kapook Mthai etc.
  • Click through rates or CTR means if people search for fashion clothes and find 100 times, so how many clicks did they do? The more CTR percentages you have, the higher rank you can get.
  • Time on site means that the longer a visitor stays on the page, the more interested the viewer becomes.

8. Check these things and delete them as soon as you see them on your website.

  • Keyword spamming: It is a cliché that Google is so bored with it. So Google developed the system to cut spam keywords out of the estate. In addition to not helping anything, it also makes the site's score negative!!!
  • If your website still has Flash, you should cut it out as soon as you read this sentence. Because the survey results show that Flash sites are usually not SEO-friendly at all. Please remember that modern design and easy to use like minimal style is the best.
  • Do not be like the B1 and B2 from Bananas in Pajamas by linking each other every day on the websites (Link Exchange). Use too many hyperlinks, buy links or spam links on web boards. These will make your website look a lot less credible.
  • Do not make a "Click Bait" to entice visitors to click. The example sentence like "Want to know? Press it."
  • Do not put the Head Term Keyword.
  • Do not make pop-up ads too big or hard sell because Google focuses on websites that focus on creating value for people rather than sales.
  • There should not be only content for sale.
  • Do not stuff any article although the content needs to be a lot. It should not be copied over and over to make it look like you have multiple pages.
